Send Judd Gregg A Brick!

Sen. Judd Gregg (R for "Rat"--NH) voted for amnesty, tax breaks for illegals and "consultations" with Mexico.

Let him know that you support the "enforcement first" approach. Use this website to send him a brick--concrete proof that you care about border security!

King Philip High School: No Military Need Apply

King Philip Regional, a small public high school in Wrentham, MA has two graduates who've received appointments to West Point. That's quite an accomplishment for the school and the suburban communities it serves.

So why, then, won't the superintendent of schools allow representatives of the military participate in the awards ceremony for graduates and present them with their appointments? Why won't the high school principal answer questions from parents about the decision to bar military presenters from the awards event?

The Kiwanis, the local book club, and various other groups will be honoring graduates tomorrow night. Why not West Point or the ROTC? Do they have some problem with the US military?

You can ask the superintendent for yourself:

And you can meet these two future cadets here.

Channel 5 is on the story, too!

If I can ever get an official from King Philip to answer these questions, you'll hear it on 96.9 FM TALK.

An Englishman Speaks Out On American Immigration

John Derbyshire is now an American citizen, but he is extremely unimpressed by by the US Senate has done to our immigration laws. You can read his entire commentary here, but the highlight for me is:

The stupidity and rottenness of CIRA is really beyond the ability of a single human mind to encompass it.

And for Republicans, the most shocking, most shameful thing of all, is that this act to vastly swell the number of future Democratic voters, to bring about "the greatest expansion of the welfare state in 35 years" (Robert Rector), to kick working-class Americans in the teeth, to render meaningless the very concepts of our nation and our citizenship — in fact, to shove U.S. citizens off the sidewalk so that foreigners can be awarded special privilieges not available to us — this appalling monstrosity was cheered through by a Republican Senate at the urging of a Republican president. For shame, for shame, for shame.

I will not vote for any politician who helped pass this bill; I will not vote for any politician who says so much as a word in its favor — make that a syllable — and I will not even vote for any politician who agrees to go into conference on this horror. How big are Capitol Hill garbage bins? That's the only place this heap of dreck belongs.

Amen, brother!

WHITE HOUSE: "Illegal Immigration Is Just A Speeding Ticket"

You need more proof that the White House just doesn't get it? Earlier today Tony Snow had this to say about illegal immigration:

"If you had a traffic ticket and you paid it, you're not forever a speeder, are you? So the fact is, you have paid your debt to society. And we have come up with a way to make sure that the [illegal immigrant's] debt to society gets paid. Then you move forward."

The idea that illegal immigration is no more serious than speeding is dopey enough. But worse, the analogy gets it all wrong. An illegal immigrant isn't a speeder, he's an unlicensed driver. That is, he's engaged in an activity from which he is barred. It's not "don't do that so fast," but rather "it's illegal for you to be doing that at all."

Do we tell unlicensed drivers "say, why don't you keep driving without a license until you can get to the RMV, pass the written test and the driving test. Then, we'll make you pay three of our last five tickets, and...viola! You're a legal driver!"

No, Tony, we don't.

NEW HAMPSHIRE ALERT! YOUR SENATOR SUPPORTS AMNESTY!

Republican US Senator Judd Gregg of New Hampshire was one of 23 Republicans who voted in favor of:

--Amnesty for immigration criminals;

--Social Security benefits for people who committed Social Security fraud while working illegally in the US;

--Amnesty for every employer who committed tax and Social Security fraud hiring illegals;

--Requiring the American government to consult with the Mexican government BEFORE building a security fence on our border.

--Bringing at least 60 million new non-Americans to the US in the next 20 years.

Why would Sen. Gregg of New Hampshire, widely viewed as a conservative Republican, vote for open borders and amnesty? If you live in New Hampshire, ask him!

Now THIS Is A Letter...

If you've never sent a letter to a politician, this might be a good one to use as a model:

Dear Senator Jehlen:

I know that you have a very busy schedule today, but I would like to take a moment of your time to urge you to support the proposed six amendments to the budget related to illegal immigration that has been placed before you. These amendments pertain to the:

Illegal Immigrants and Subsidized Housing

Trial Courts And Immigration Status

The Employment Of Illegal Aliens

While I appreciate and value the contribution which immigrants have made to our state and society (I am a third generation American), it is critical that each and every one of us respect the laws of our country, and that those in the appropriate positions enforce them. Those persons who have entered this country illegally should not be here, and therefore, do not have any RIGHTS to social benefits which my tax dollars pay for. In the event that the persons are not detained at our borders, then we should use other opportunities when these illegal aliens come in contact with our government and prospective employers to identify them and return them to their places of origin.

Thank you for your time today. I will be carefully watching the proceedings as they unfold and your position on this matter as my state senator.

Sincerely,
Catherine

The VA Says: "Situation Normal. All Fouled Up."

If you're a veteran who was discharged from the military after 1975, there's a good chance your private info is in the hands of some thief. The VA has a toll-free number to take your questions (and irate, profanity-laced screaming, I assume), 1-800-FED INFO (1-800-333-4636). But here's some helpful info from our friend Jack Belles at Town and Country Mortgage:

Here is some information that can added to your website to direct people on precautionary measures that they can take to protect their credit.

There are three different credit bureaus.

Equifax (800) 525-6285
www.equifax.com
Experian (888) 397-3742 www.experian.com
Transunion (800) 680-7289
www.transunion.com

Consumers have the right to contact these bureaus and have a fraud alert placed on their credit file. If you report a fraud alert to one bureau they are supposed to report to the other bureaus.

There are two types of alerts. An "initial alert" which stays on your report for 90 days, and an "extended alert" that stay on your record for 7 years. This requires creditors to get your approval before credit is extended.

Note: This can prevent someone from obtaining credit in your name. It can also delay your credit approval should you try to obtain additional credit.

The Border Battle Comes To Beacon Hill

As astonishing as it may sound, a handful of Massachusetts Republicans have actually stepped forward on behalf of border security and are taking the fight to the floor of the state senate. They've proposed six amendments to the budget related to illegal immigration, amendments that deserve our support.

How can you help? You can contact any member of the state senate here. However, the senators most likely to focus clearly on what you have to say are those who have opponents in the 2006 election cycle. Here's a brief summary of those members:

Listener Linda Nails The "24" Finale

Hi Michael –

I am a faithful listener and love that there is someone else equally as addicted to “24” as I am! I can’t seem to get through on the phone, but here are just a few random thoughts…

Granted, I was disappointed with the beginning of the season. Jack was caught and released (or escaped) more than an underweight bass and the story line was a little, well, trite. On the whole, though, the season didn’t disappoint.

Audrey – I hate her. I hated her last season and I hate her still. It just bugs me that Jack is in love with her. I really wanted him to pull her fingernails out when she was fingered as a traitor.

Curtis doesn’t get nearly enough screen time.

Aaron is the man. As a matter of fact, so is Chloe.

How gross does Jack feel that his daughter is dating a guy his age? On the same note – what’s up with C.Thomas Howell’s face? Does he exfoliate with sandpaper? What happened to Ponyboy?

Still, my all-time favorite Jackism of the season (maybe even the whole series) – “The only reason you’re still conscious is because I don’t want to carry you.”

How is it that Mike Novick has worked for and betrayed TWO presidents and is still working for the government?

Although Jack Bauer is most certainly hot, Chloe O’Brien is most certainly not – so they’re never going to end up together. However, if you think she didn’t fantasize about Jack when she’s in bed with the Eye Candy boy from the beginning of the season, you are gravely mistaken.

In regard to the season finale:

LOVED LOVED LOVED it when Jack killed Henderson. No drama, so suspense – it was just: “you killed my friends, you’re smug about it, f-you, you’re dead.” Completely outstanding moment. Nothing to do with intimidation or punishment – Jack just didn’t want him to breathe anymore.

Giving the kid directions on how to kill the bad guy – at least now I know how it’s done properly.

The look on Martha’s face on that podium when President Petunia is getting arrested – absolutely priceless and worth every moment we had to watch him snivel and whine this season. Nothing like giving your husband the finger with a smile.

Another favorite moment: when Jack killed that Russian separatist with a knife to the throat from the front (not the side). I loved that while the guy was still struggling to breath, Jack grunts “we’re all clear” right in his still conscious face. And then pulls his hand away without a drop of blood on it. Classic Bauer.

I can’t believe you are a die hard 24 fan – yet you also watch American Idol. Deeply disturbing.

Best,

Linda

The Globe Stutters On English

This weekend the Boston Globe ran a front-page story critical of Massachusetts policies moving public school kids out of bilingual classes and into English only classes as quickly as possible. Some kids are struggling, and the Globe implies that it's because they need more bilingual class time.

Unfortunately for the Globe, there's another side to the story and it involves facts.

In fact, the big picture on bilingual education in the US is that it's a disaster, one opposed most vehemently by immigrants themselves.

The only people who like bilingual ed are the specialists who make their money off of it, the education theorists who never set foot in a classroom and, of course, the multicultural MSM who assume that anything American--including our language--is suspect.

Quote Of The Day

“I said, ‘Karl [Rove], Ted Kennedy gave a passionate speech on the Senate floor in support of President Bush’s position. If you get in bed with Ted Kennedy, you’re going to get more than a good night’s sleep,’”—Rep. Ric Keller (R., Fla)

How Did Your Legislator Vote On Border Security?

Find out by clicking here!

Sen. Kennedy Just Says "No" To English As Our National Language

Sen. Kennedy was one of 34 Senate liberals to vote against even symbolically declaring English our nation's language. He also voted to let "temporary guest" workers stay in America forever, whether they have jobs or not.

So they're not temporary. They're not guests. And we're not even sure they'll be working.

No wonder Sen. Kennedy is against English. He apparently doesn't speak it himself.

This Man Wants To Be Your Next Governor

Former Clinton official Deval Patrick wants to be the next governor of Massachusetts. He also wants to give driver's licenses to illegal immigrants. And he wants tazpayers to pay for illegals to attend college is Massachusetts, too.

In the Boston Globe, Mr. Patrick was asked what the commonwealth should do about the fact that Massachusetts is losing population to other, less expensive states. Cut income taxes, perhaps?

"[Patrick] said that reducing the income tax rate could make Massachusetts a less attractive place to live." [emphasis added].

You know, you are so right. Who would want to pay lower taxes? Why, what a crazy idea! People LIKE paying high taxes. In fact, if we want more people to live in Massachusetts, we should RAISE taxes. That's the ticket!

And you wonder why Republicans keep winning the governor's mansion in MA.....

Work Americans Won't Get To Do

Southeast Texas Industries of Buna, TX claims they can't find American workers to fill jobs on a 10 month contract job they've got. So they want permission from the local town to bring 100 Mexican workers in to do the necessary steel and metal work.

Get this: They're paying $18 an hour, plus giving the Mexican workers free room and board. According to the media reports, these workers will be on the job 12 hours a day, which means overtime, which means each of these workers will make around $50k in the next 10 months--with no expenses!

I don't know about you, but that's a pretty good job. Are there really no Americans to fill these positions? I gotta believe there are people right here in Boston, young men with high school diplomas, who'd like this work.

So contact Southeast Texas Industries and let them know you're an American and you'll take this gig.

Have You Nominated Your Hometown Hero Yet?

How To Fight Here To Defend Our Borders Down There...

The state of Georgia is leading the way with local legislation that is forcing illegal immigrants to leave their state and, in some cases, return home. These state laws uses state taxes to punish employers who hire illegals and requires local cops to report the illegals they encounter under certain circumstances.

These laws haven't even gone into effect yet, and they're already making a difference! One illegal immigrant told the Atlanta papers "I've never had such a hard time finding work. If something doesn't change soon, I'm going back to Mexico."

Great!

We can do the same here in New England. All we need are local legislators who are willing to sponsor the legislation. So why not send a link to this news story to your legislators and ask them to support these laws here in Massachusetts or New Hampshire?

All they have to lose is...our vote!

What's the Deal With Social Security No-Match Letters?

For two years, supporters of border security have complained about the Social Security Administration ending their policy of sending "no-match" letters to businesses who were submitting SS numbers that didn't match up with the alleged employee it represented.

On today's show, I received conflicting reports from callers re: whether or not the SSA has in fact stopped sending those letters. Here's the answer:

The SSA sent no-match letters to over 950,000 employers throughout 2002, and this created many problems for immigrant workers, their families, communities, and employers. In Dec. 2002, the SSA decided to change its policy regarding the no-match letter program for 2003...This year, it will send no-match letters only to employers that have more than 10 employees whose information does not match the SSA's and who file W-2s in which mismatched records account for at least one-half of one percent of the total amount of earnings reported for tax year 2002. The SSA estimates that it will send out no-match letters to about 130,000 employers in 2003.

Not ended. Just dramatically scaled back.

THIS--and not immigration--Is The Biggest Story Of The Year.

If it's real, that is.

An American inventor, Denny Klein, is patenting a technology that turns water into a powerful gas that can burn through metal and (more importantly) power a car or engine.

Watch this amazing video for yourself.

The reaction from the scientific community is "It's too good to be true...but we're not sure it ISN'T."

As one chemist put it: If this is real, Denny Klein will be the inorganic chemist of the century.

The President Speaks; 96.9 FM Talk Listeners Speak Out

Here's just a sampling of the reaction I've received already to Bush's speech Monday night:

Hola Miquel,

So El Presidente wants to grant amnesty to all of them, there ya go dilute the the value of citizenship some more.

It is amnesty anyway you call it. 6000 troops thats it, it is a half-assed measure meant to try to placate everyone. I've had it with this guy.

---
What about us?? What about me and others like me, who are waiting legally for their green card for over 4 (!) years now? We paid lawyers, we went by the book, we are paying taxes and we obey the law. How can it be that the President of the United States and Senators/Representatives devote so much time to help criminals (in any shape or form, whether it is amnesty, shmanesty, gold card, or what have you), and they can’t find the time to help us, those who are here legally and those who applied for permanent residency according to the law five, eight, and even ten years ago, and are still waiting?!
---

Dear President Bush,
Just watched your speech, you no linger speak for me, I have defended you vigorously till now but no more. You are betraying our country, you have sold the normal every day American out. I have not had a pay raise in 6 years, my medical costs are through the roof and beyond, I can't afford to buy gas, heat my house, or buy electricity. I can't pay for my kids to go to school, now I can't earn overtime pay if I have a vacation day or a holiday during the week I am needed to work more than 8 hours in a day.You want me to feel sorry for the poor illegal aliens!!!
You are ruining the common everyday Americans life. I wish I never voted for you (twice), the Democrats are going to stomp the Republicans in the next election regardless of who they run because of you and your allegiance to big business, you are out of touch with what the majority of Americans want. There is no middle ground as far as I am concerned with illegal aliens and that is the way 95% of the people I discuss the illegal alien issue with feel. You need to wake up fast, look at the polls on the alien issue.
ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL! HOW DARE YOU COMPARE THE IMMIGRANTS THAT CAME HERE LEGALLY IN THE PAST TO THE ILLEGAL ALIENS THAT ARE HERE NOW! SHAME ON YOU!
You'll hear more spirited commentary on today's show.

Thanks, Mr. President: 100 MILLION New Immigrants In 20 Years!

That's the projected number from the Heritage Foundation's analysis of the senate immigration bill supported by President Bush.

"If enacted, the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act (CIRA, S.2611) would be the most dramatic change in immigration law in 80 years, allowing an estimated 103 million persons to legally immigrate to the U.S. over the next 20 years—fully one-third of the current population of the United States."

Anyone know how to say "Holy Crap!" in Spanish?

The Top 10 Things YOU Can Do To Protect Our Borders...

This list is a compilation of ideas from 96.9 FM TALK listeners, along with ideas from experts around the country. If you have a good idea, send it to michaelgraham@969fmtalk.com!

10--Follow The Story. The US Senate is going to debate and mostly likely vote on a major amnesty bill the week of May 15th. That's a key date. As the debate continues, other dates will be important as well, and those will be the times when your voice will be needed most. So use websites like www.defendourborders.com and read the papers to keep track of this story. (There's a certain afternoon drive radio show that might come in handy, too!)

9-- Follow The Money. Not long ago, my mom received yet another solicitation from the Republican Party. Instead of sending a check, she wrote "I will not send another penny until you do something to secure our borders" across the response card, put it in the envelope and mailed it back. This works for any political party and/or candidate. Let them know they aren't getting your money--and WHY.

8--Use That Money To Make A Difference. If you give money to a candidate for state legislature or Congress with a note telling him that your contribution is specifically linked to his or her support for secure borders and the rule of law, it will have an impact on that candidate's future behavior. Make those dollars count!

7--Contacting Politicians, Part I: Start with the basics. Have you sent a letter (emails are more easily deleted and ignored) to your state legislator and state senator telling them you want Massachusetts to be an ally in the fight to secure our borders, not an enemy? Have you sent a letter to your congressman and two US Senators? I know that in Massachusetts this may seem futile, but it's not. If things get close, if the fight comes down to one vote in the House or Senate, your letter and thousands like it could push one wavering politicians over the line and get him to do the right thing.

6--Contacting Politicians, Part II: Call The White House. Write The White House. Go To www.Whitehouse.gov and let them know how you feel. President Bush needs every vote he can get. He's already backing off of his most aggressive stances and is now talking more about border security than amnesty. Keep it up!

5--Contacting Politicians, Part III: OK, so maybe your US Senator isn't a fence-sitter. You're right: Massachusetts isn't Maryland or Ohio or Florida. But don't you KNOW somebody in those states? Or any other states for that matter? Why not email or call your friends and family in other states and ask them, as a favor to you, to contact their US Senators and congressmen and speak out! Use your email address book and Christmas card list. Your friends may be just as frustrated as you are. Motivate them to get involved! Turn your complain into 20 in states across the nation.

4--Complain. Too many employers are using illegal immigrants because they don't see any downside. If you find out a business you patronize is using illegals, ask to see an owner or manager and tell them they've just lost your business. Don't be rude or mean. Just let them know. If you get lousy service from an employee you suspect is not working legally, complain. Make sure the owner knows that his employment decisions are costing him money.

3--Congratulate. If you find out a business you patronize REFUSES to use illegal labor, thank them! If you see a sign announcing that a business requires proof of legal residence for all employees, or uses the "Basic Pilot Program" to confirm the legal status of employees, let the business owner know that's important to you.

2--Get Informed To Get Involved. Organizations like the Center for Immigration Studies and NumbersUSA give you the facts you need to make the case for securing America's borders. You might want to even make a wallet-sized fact sheet with figures, statistics or arguments you find compelling noted for future reference.

And the number one thing you can do to help secure our borders is...

KEEP SPEAKING OUT! At work, at church, at the park, whenever the topic comes up--speak out! Other people probably agree with you but they may be afraid to voice an opinion for fear of being called racist or intolerant. If they hear you making logical, fact-based arguments on behalf of enforcing our laws and defending our borders, they'll be more likely to speak out, too.

BONUS ROUND:

These US Senators are interested in running for president. (OK, ALL US Senators are interested. These are the people talking about doing it.) Contact their offices--particularly if you live in New Hampshire!

We Watch The Illegals, The US Watches Us

That's what the Minutemen found out this week when a California newspaper broke the story that our US Customs and Border Patrol is monitoring their activities and giving that information to the government of Mexico. Worse, according to the Minutemen, it's not just the groups activities at the border that the US government is tracking for the Mexicans. CBP is also spying on the Minutemen here in Massachusetts and in other states.

Folks, we've gone beyond amnesty. This is our government actively working to ensure that illegal immigration continues. This is a form of domestic spying on people who are trying to ENFORCE the law, not break it. The more the Minutemen do to defend us, the more the Bushies try to stop them.

President Bush, in case you're confused, you are NOT the president of Mexico. At least, not yet.

Papers, Please--Unless You're Illegal

That's the philosophy of Massachusetts lawmakers like Rep. Eugene L. O'Flaherty who are proposing a new law to fine people who hire illegal immigrants (if ONLY the sentence stopped there!)...and fail to properly document the terms of their employment.

Rep. O'Flaherty and his allies want to force those who hire illegals to present them with written terms of their employments (hours, wages, required equipment, etc). If the American citizen who hires some guy to mow his lawn doesn't comply, he could face up to $1,250 in fines. And what does the illegal immigrant face for breaking the law in the first place?

Nada.

As he is both an attorney and a legislator, I'm sure Rep. O'Flaherty is aware that it is a federal crime to employ illegal immigrants. But he doesn't want to punish the employers for that, no, no, no. He wants to punish them for not being nice enough to the lawbreakers.

Who will get punished for driving other employers out of business by undercutting them with cheap, illegal, off-the-books labor? And while Rep. O'Flaherty is there making sure the illegals got their proper job descriptions, is he going to make sure they're paying all of their taxes, too?

Not a chance.

Why Moussaoui Lives...

These questionnaires from the Moussaoui jurors tell the sad tale. He's alive because we're wimps.

The Plan For Giving Your Voting Rights To Non-Citizens

It's not just for Wayland, Amherst and Cambridge. It's coming to all of Massachusetts. You've been warned.

"I Can't Be A Racist, You F---ing A--!"

"I'm Hispanic!"

Via Michelle Malkin comes yet another amazing display of the lunacy behind the amnesty movement. A Minnesota college professor screams racial epithets and profanity at a pro-amnesty rally, then she defends it by saying it is impossible for anyone to be racist except white people.

The link takes you to the video, so you can see and hear her idiocy for yourself. Also fascinating is the "diversity expert" who agrees with her that her epithets aren't racist. Of course, if a white person had used the same language...

Don't worry, my liberal friends. I'm not going to demand that you suddenly become logical. I'm just here to point out your double standards, not judge them.

But I Thought Enforcement DIDN'T Work...

FROM ABC NEWS:

Border patrol agents in Eagle Pass, Texas, had been frustrated for years, because hundreds of illegal immigrants a day would pour across the border, taking advantage of a loophole to get into the United States.

Border patrol agent Martin Clark said it astounded him.

"There were no unhappy faces ... everyone was trying to get caught," Clark said. "People were running toward us, not away from us."

The problem was simple: The border patrol station in Eagle Pass has no jail space to hold illegal immigrants. That didn't matter when illegal immigrants from Mexico were caught, because they could be processed and then just bused back across the border.

But the procedure to return people from El Salvador or Nicaragua or Brazil is more complicated, so all that a border patrol agent could do was elicit a promise from them to return for a court date for a formal deportation hearing, which meant they were free to go, and rarely did they show up for our dates. The loophole was dubbed "catch and release," and it frustrated many border patrol agents.

THEN SOMETHING HAPPENED...

Since Operation Streamline went into effect, nearly 1,000 immigrants crossing illegally have been jailed. Once they appear before a federal magistrate they either are sentenced to jail or deported to their home country.

In the past four months, the number of illegal immigrants trying to cross in Eagle Pass has dropped by nearly 70 percent.

Wait! What was that? You started enforcing the law...and fewer people decided to break it? Wow, what a concept! But I thought the pro-amnesty people have proven that enforcement doesn't work, that it's hopeless?

No doubt the Border Patrol officers responsible for these unacceptable results will be summarily dismissed. We can't have cops making Sen. Kennedy and President Bush look like liars, now can we?

No, this story is much more to the administration's liking.

Illegals = Losers

At least from a political standpoint. Don't believe me? Ask the (soon-to-be) former mayor of Herndon, VA. In this blue-tinted suburb of DC (Democrats Mark Warner and Tim Keane both carried it in their races for governor), with a strong pro-immigration community, the Mayor and City Council voted 5-2 in favor of a taxpayer-funded day laborer shelter.

Yesterday was election day in Herndon. How did the pro-illegal politicians fare? If the new council were to vote on the day laborer issue, the vote now would be 6-1 against. The mayor and his pro-illegal pals are out on their political assets.

Massachusetts politicians would be wise to keep this story in mind.

Oh, No, Not THAT!

Who Supports Open Borders in America?

Who organized Monday's boycott?

Who supports "Amnesty Now!"

Who opposes any increased enforcement of immigration laws?

Who considers border security inherently racist?

Which political party do illegals consider their ally?

"Hey, Harvard! You Just Took $20 Million From A Terror Sponsor. What's Next?"

...."I'm going to North Korea World!

If Harvard clings to any principles at all anymore (a sketchy proposition at the moment), it is working overtime to abandon them ASAP. First there was the $20 million from Sheik bin Talal, who had previously given $27 million to support the murder bombers of the Al Aqsa Martyr Brigades; then the updated "Protocols of the Elders of Zion" from the Kennedy School of Government; and now Harvard's Alumni Association is leading guided tours to...NORTH KOREA!

Yes, that's right. The last backwater of Stalinism remaining, and the Harvard alums are signing up for a $636-a-night grand tour of Kim Jong Il's looney bin. And remember: "You will be expected to bow as a gesture of respect at the statue of Kim Il Sung." We wouldn't want to disrespect a guy responsible for millions of deaths via starvation, torture and the military spread of Communism, now would we?

And it must be noted yet again that this news story came, NOT from a Boston newspaper, but from the New York Post.

Way to go, Globe!

A Day Without An ILLEGAL Immigrant?

Sounds great!

The ONLY Question That Matters On May Day

"The question now is whether the government of the United States will give in to the mob." --Mark Krikorian, Center for Immigration Studies.

Mark is right. The events today are a direct attack on American citizens by foreign thugs trying to force us into changing our laws to accommodate the immigration criminals. This attack is being coordinated in part by a foreign government--Mexico--a fact that should in and of itself cause our political leaders to oppose this assault.

Instead, Sen. Kennedy, Sen. McCain and even President Bush are working on behalf of the agenda of Vicente Fox and against the citizens they supposedly represent. Amazing.
