Sen. Kennedy Has A Message For Massachusetts

You're all a bunch of bigots. OK, not ALL. Just the majority of voters, who have repeatedly told pollsters that they oppose re-defining marriage as anything other than one man and one woman.

When a senate vote to amend the Constitution to acknowledge that fact came up, did Sen. Kennedy offer reasoned arguments in favor of re-defining marriage? Not quite. Instead he said

“A vote for this amendment is a vote for bigotry, pure and simple.”
