Another "Mission Hill" Outrage Hits Connecticut

When a NU student from Connecticut was shot to death on Mission Hill here in Boston and none of her neighbors called the cops, we talked about what it said about us.

Now there's another disturbing example of disregard for fellow citizens from Connecticut, where folks in Hartford stood around and stared at a hit-and-run victim lying in the street.
