Exit Poll Data As Of 5pm Today

CNN is reporting that exit polls show 63% of those voting disapprove of the job the (Republican) Congress is doing, while just 32% approve. Bad news for the GOP?

Actually, polls within the past two weeks have had the disapproval number at 70% and higher, and approval numbers in the teens! So I guess you could say that, as bad as the news is for Republicans, it could be worse.

And keep in mind that the recent uptick by Republican fortunes occurred while the Congressional numbers were even deeper in the toilet than these exit polls.
